New Reel
I’ve posted a new reel in my video portfolio. It includes videos I have produced as a student, as well as some corporate and non-profit work. Coming soon are clips from the Bozeman triathlon and my thesis film, which focuses on the mountain pine beetle epidemic and its effect on white bark pine forests. Welcome to Katie Martell’s Science Media
Here I will post about current projects, videos and media that inspire me, as well as science stories. One of my passions is developing the interface of science and media by fostering creativity, clear science communication, and inclusion. I’m always on the look out for new ways that scientists are sharing their research with the rest of us, and it is one of my personal goals to help them do just that by producing science videos and other web-based media.
